Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days - ($22)

Next-Day Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1 business day -($26)
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping:
• We currently do ship internationally. For international shipping, additional fees may apply.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
• NOVINITUS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns:

NOVINITUS policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. -
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please include your order number and reason for the return. -
Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package.
